01What We Collect

We collect only what we need:

• Email address - when you subscribe to be notified at launch.
• Language preference (SR or EN) - to send the email in your language.
• Technical data - IP address, browser type, timestamps, basic referrer, collected automatically by our hosting and analytics provider.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment data, or sensitive data.

02Why We Use It

• To send you a confirmation email and a single launch announcement on 2026-07-20.
• To prevent abuse, spam signups, and security threats.
• To understand aggregate traffic to the Site and improve it.

03Legal Basis (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the email subscription, and our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating, securing, and analyzing the Site. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

04Who Has Access

We only share data with processors that help run the Site:

• Resend - email delivery.
• Lovable / Cloudflare - hosting and infrastructure.
• Supabase - secure storage of the email list.

We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers or data brokers.

05International Transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

06How Long We Keep It

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after the launch announcement, whichever comes first - then it is deleted. Technical logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.

07Your Rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA), you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you;
• correct or delete it;
• restrict or object to processing;
• request a portable copy of your data;
• withdraw consent at any time;
• lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

08Cookies

The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies for basic functionality (e.g., language preference). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

09Children

The Site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
